PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY
The Vortex does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property while on our premises. You must take reasonable precautions to protect your personal items while visiting The Vortex, and be sure to take them with you when you leave.
● LOST & FOUND
Any personal item left in The Vortex by a customer, and turned-in by an employee or others, will be dated, tagged and stored securely in our management office where it will be held for a period of 14 days. After this two-week storage period, items that remain unclaimed will be disposed of.
● FINDING LOST ITEMS
Customers who believe they have left personal property in The Vortex should call the specific Vortex location and ask to speak with a Manager, or simply CLICK HERE to send us an email with all the pertinent information. We will do our best to locate the item, contact you with our findings, and to arrange a time for pick-up, if applicable.
