LOST AND FOUND

The Vortex does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property while on our premises. Each individual must take reasonable precautions to protect his or her personal items. Any personal item left in The Vortex by a customer, and found by an employee, will be dated, tagged and stored securely in our management office where it will be held for 14 days. After this two-week storage period, items that remain unclaimed will be disposed of. Customers who have lost items in The Vortex should call the specific Vortex location and ask to speak with a Manager, or simply CLICK HERE to send us an email with all the pertinent information. We will do our best to locate the item, and contact you to arrange a time for pick-up, if applicable.

FOOD OR SERVICE ISSUES

If you’re a loyal patron, and ever have a problem with any aspect of your experience at The Vortex, please do us a big favor and speak with the manager-on-duty while you’re here. After all, we can’t resolve a problem that we don’t know about. Being attentive to the concerns of our good customers helps us maintain a quality experience for everyone, so don’t be shy.
